This 3D computer rendering is part of an interactive CD presentation with two animations, six VR Scenes, along with voice over and music, reveals the mixed-use renovation plans of former 1929 Sears & Roebuck warehouse. Over 1.5 million s.f. of retail stores, a cinema complex, and office space will breathe new life into the Fenway neighborhoods of Boston.
